Hawker Delicacy

Had lunch with moses few days back... He brought me to Hong Lim for bak kut teh, i thought i was quite familiar with Hong Lim, ppl normally go there for either Bak Kut Teh, prawn mee, curry mee, the famous clayfish horfun or the char kway tiao...
After bak kut teh, moses insisted we go upstairs for 2nd round... he went straight to order while i waited... what was supposed to be a meal for others became an after lunch snack for us. I didn't know Hong Lim got such stuff, so i wasn't that familiar afterall... hehe

Moses ordered boar meat and shark meat. The looks isn't really fantastic but the the taste is gooood!!! I especially like the boar meat. If you like kway chap's big intestines, the boar meats taste better... The shark meat was served with a plum dressing on the side.
