Dinner Meetup...

Its the time of the month or bi-monthly dinner meetup with LST and gang.... germ, sam, paul, roy, OMP, moses... After LST left us, we had planned various dinner get-togethers for catching up. Its a special group that we enjoyed each other's company, tok cock, joke, gossip over dinner.
Dinner venues are always something that we look forward to... Lao beijing, Blue ginger, House of lobster, pearl river palace are some of the past makan places... This round, its Carnivore @ Vivo... the 2nd outlet of where i use to work at - Brazil Churascarria. Its serves bbq meat on a skewer with pasadors walking ard, cutting the chunks of meat to you on your plate... Anyone who had never tried it shd try it out... Its worth the buck...
We came alongside late today due to unforseen circumstances, rushed down to meet the gang, gobbled up non-stop supply of cuts of grill lamb, chicken thigh, roasted ham, chicken breast wrapped with bacon, chicken hearts, grilled pineapple, snowfish, pork sausages and so on... By the end of dinner, i'm freaking stuffed!!! But as per usual practice, its does not stop here, 9 outta 10 times, it will always end with dessert... either durians or ice-cream... This rd, 1 of LST fav, haagen das... Forced myself to down a single scoop... wah tonight has been damn sinful... tomorrow sure muz run to compensate for it...
Dinner with them has always been a non stop laughing event, where nobody holds back anything. It has already turned into a relation beyond what it initially started out as - colleagues. Guess its affinity that we came to get along so well although we were of all different estabs. Well, lets hope there will be many many more get-togethers for the future many many years to come...
Btw, vivo's carpark has really nice cars, saw 2 R8s and a slightly modded bentley... nice man... Rich ppl now are really spending more... in the past, ppl oni drives exotics as they are... now we can see modded lambos, ferraris, porsches, bentleys running ard... envious lah!!! When can i make it in life!!!!
