CM and DY CM were both early... but the rest... haiz... late as usual... really ought to change this bad habit... but we are use to it... waited till 6.45 before we commenced... today's turn out - 22... WOW!!!
Well i'm determine to run 20km today after failing to do so for the past 2 weeks due to all sorts of reasons... ANd my oni companion today to run 20km - Muzhong. Was hoping leonard would join me... but L A T E....
Its been 1.5 mths since i ran 20km... Wah lau eh... wana die... sibeh shag... giving up came across my mind several times... BUT!! NO WAY... Finally bite it and completed, timing - 1H57min and muzhong did 2H09min... timing seems almost the same but condition is worlds apart... Feel like i juz finish another marathon... very bad. Someone all the 没量心 guys... never wait for us for phototaking... @#$%&* Ran like ah siao come back no photo.... But nevermind, i took 1 for the 20km runners = Me and Muzhong...

After our runs... its usually BREAKFAST time... this time - old airport hawker center.
Look at Germaine's idol's face... the prawn mee sucks big time!! ! took 1 mouth and threw the rest away...
Its always nice to haf friends spending time doing stuff together once a week... somemore its for a healthy cause... Way to go runners...
BTW for runners out there, Stanchart Marathon registration's juz ard the corner... standby to register... Mai ah Kua hor...
