This week's run..

There's this run for cancer event going on at East coast today, emails were actually circulating ard saf to support the event... Its 5km and 10km run. So i checked with our usual runners and most preferred our usual run so we went ahead with our weekly run..

When we met up, everyone came up with excuses like tired, shagged, so they wana run short, since Siswi was running the cancer run with her new boss and officers, we decided to run to their starting point to rv her... its has been a long time since we saw her, and juz nice the starting point is our 10km u-turn point. So off we go, met up with her, did some chit-chatting and ran back. We had some new additions to our group this week - Samantha and colin, although they were late so we started without them but they did turn up... which is gd.

Off to old town's for breakfast after the run, which made the run ineffective, intake more than output... ran for nuthin, haha. But germaine's got luck, we manage to find seats at old town which is rare due to our group size...
