AHM/SBR

Juz came home from army half marathon in the morning, meetup with the guys at 4.30am, parked at marina sq, proceed towards starting point, they started early today, at 5.22am they flagged off liao. The roads were wide thats the reason why it looked like alot of ppl but when you run it's not as congested as you expect. It was a very gd job by the event organisers, the routes were gd, adequate waterpoints and the water points were very long so they were not congested at all, gd signage, cheerleading, performances, encouragements along the way to help distract the fatigue minds...

It totally changed my view about AHMs, after hearing so much, i joined only to experience running benjamin sheares bridge and i expect not to join again, but this year they haf really proven themselves, even leonard who ran past AHMs was all praises.. It was so much better than Sundown.

Dun know why, marathon distances always seemed longer than our normal training distances seemed to be running so much longer, i didn't need to drink for 21km distance, but see so many 100+ waterpoints, i finally gave in and drank at 14km mark... wah.. its chilled!! Siao liao addicted liao, after that i drank at every waterpoint. Juz before the ending point, pass the 20km point, I cramp again!!! wah lan eh!!! @#$$%^&* WTH!!!! It happened again!! Juz like sundown... what's the matter with me, i didn't haf this problem when i was training... It always happens during the actual run. Dun fucking understand... But this time experienced liao, dun care juz walk fast bear with the cramp till better then run again...

It was much slower than wat i aimed, abit disappointed... At least it was a gd experience, with eye candy all around while running... Great job to OMP, Muzhong, Roy, Leonard, Ivan, Marcus, Zongren, Mingkiat, Weiye, Lukoo, Alex, CM, DYCM, Junkai, Zhenrui, Puay Kee, Paul (who ran 10km ONLY) . I oso ran into couple of old friends at the padang, Tat Hong, Kelvin Lim Poh Teck, Viktor, Joyce and some familiar faces of regular runners in ECP... Well Done all!!

OMP finally decides to learn to drive

OMP suddenly broach the topic of fuel consumption of cars afew days ago, i was surprised and as i answer him, i questioned: "Eh, ask so much for what? You oso no license." Then he told me he may wana take a car license and buy a car.

Nabei, last time i ask him before, y dun get license and buy car, go camp easier, he got no wife, no gf, no children, no dog, no commitment, affording a car shd be no issue.. Then he tell me he not interested, no need for car, got me can liao... can lombang... Now suddenly wana learn on his own accord... suspect muz be got girl... Nowadays he even go cinema watch cartoon, with girls of coz... Gd for him, finally coming back to shore...

After work immediately send him straight to BBDC to enrol before he wishy washy again, on the way there tell me he wan learn auto tranny... Let me F**K all the way... nabei ah gua, learn auto for wat... While he enrolled, the recept ask, manual of auto... i was looking at OMP, ready to pounce... Lucky the under pressured OMP say manual... haha. Its been a long time since i went BBDC, the customer service officers all quite pleasant looking, nuthin like before... I shd go down more often.. keke. During enrolment, 1 of the requirements is to check the eyesight.. I told OMP you so old then learn thats why need to check... He ask the lady whether isit due to his age thats why need to check... ROFL!!!!

Wonders of Balloons

My cousin's son Dexter celebrated his first birthday today... My cousin engaged this balloon performer to entertain the kids... It's amazing what balloons can do nowadays, and the person was so skilled.... did everything in top speed...

My time only can make dogs and some easy stuff... My gals asked for afew and here they are...

Pre AHM run

Its really been not so regular at ECP for sunday runs recently due to many mnay factors.. i think i oni ran 20 km twice recently... Today die die muz run even though most of the others not doing 20km... Oni Joe is a survivor!! Even leonard didn't do 20km...

I've been running alot on the threadmil recently, followed by weights immediately, this regime somehow helps, 1 clocked 1H51mins today compared to my average of 1H55min... i improved 4 mins!! After being stagnant for so long... So next week, AHM... looking forward to it...

Was watching the NDP parade juz now... this year's concept is all new.... quite interesting, but i heard the marchpass is 3.2km, wah... torture man... heng i not in it... And after so much publicity on the Pledge Moment at 8.22pm, how many actually did it? If you did... salute you... PATRIOT!!

ROM of a Romantic Ah Beng

My ship's resident Ah Beng's big day!! His solemnisation ceremony... Kelvin is every inch an ahbeng, from his tattoos to his behaviour to his looks... haha... But when he told us how he proposed to his gf, it was so romantic that i felt like punching him... Can you imagine an ah beng doing all sorts of romantic stuff to surprise his gf? But of coz feel like punching him is 1 thing, feeling happy for him is another...

The ceremony is held at Furama Riverview Hotel, doorgifts are unique pokercards... Juz what i need... i collect them...


For once the crew of Justice are punctual... early to be exact... i'm amazed. We were there early, seated while waiting for the ceremony to commence, when it finally does, we cannot help holding back our laughter seeing an ah beng reciting lovey dovey lines softer and softer instead of the usual vulgarities...

Good for you kelvin!! Wish the both of you loving always!!

I juz watched it today... damn gd show!! With non-stop action so exciting that i high tide oso very relunctant to excuse myself... Its like every minute i'm not around sure willl miss some action... The action moves are very swift and clean, with terrific effects and fabulous car chase scene, high tech weaponary... Not forgetting babes, scarlett and baroness... Didn't really notice that sienna miller can look so gd and she's really got a beautiful body and cleavage... Not only babes, the hunks oso showed impressive bods. Damn !! From the way the movie ends, i'm sure there will be sequels and i'm sure looking forward to it... I would say G.I.Joe fares better than transformers but megan fox, you are still among the top of my fav actresses... Sienna Miller find soon find a place there... haha

@ Ricky's wedding

Its Ricky's Big Day last night, @ Pearl River palace restaurant at Suntec City, as its also the day of NDP preview, many roads along marina area will be closed, so the kaisu moses and me met up earlier so we wun be late and cater some time to do some shopping therapy... Moses brought me to Millenia Walk's Hourglass and Cortina's for some watch viewing, specifically the Hublot's Big Bang King, Rolex Yatchmaster 2 and the new Sinn range hourglass brought in... After that is my turn, therapy at Ceasar's and Just Toy's for all the swords are exclusive toy collections.

After we finally finish up our spare time, we proceed to the wedding venue, and there we were pleasantly surprised by the 美女 on scene... Beverly normally cladded only in jeans and cartoon tees, purple sneakers and an extremely tasteless pair of Puma specs transformed herself to be such a lady tonight... She made the effort to buy a new dress, new shoes, straighten her hair (I love straight hair), pick her eyebrows (Chee Peng and OMP are the ones always commenting on her eyebrows)... But she's not wearing any make up which doesn't matter so there will be room to improve on the next function that comes along.

We were all showering her with compliments but her suspicious complex got the better of her so all our compliments became sarcasm to her... We really meant it... haiz 好人难做.
We know she sure wun agree to take photos but tonight is exclusive... so we despatch our in house paparazzi team...

Jo-cept, the herbivore onboard has his own seperate menu from us - Fine Dining Vegetarian. Haha its a big joke to us... look at his size, fine dining how to fill his stomach... he's complaining non stop... and we were really laughing at it...


These 2 are the biggest portioned course of the set, can you imagine the rest how small, there's even 1 course with only a single Kueh Pie Tee on the plate... we all almost died laughing when it was served...
