Fast Food Craze

Had not eaten fastfood for the past few weeks coz abit unhealthy and dun wish for my efforts to go to waste... considering that i'm a 'fastfood siao',wat initiated the craze for fastfood the whole day was the ads i saw... saw the wasabi fillet ad from mac's and the tendergrille ads from bk... i really couldn't resist it...

soooo... end up having bk for lunch and mac for dinner...



for wasabi lovers, the wasabi mayonnaise really will gif you the choking feel (so ask for more wasabi mayonnaise), generally together with the wasabi shaker fries i find it quite nice.
Juz a note to the carnivores out there, there are purple cabbage and carrot strips as garnish, do remember to request to do without them, if not you will haf a hard time removing it.



BK tendergrille, i had the mushroom swiss tendergrille for lunch, total waste of time, for guys that was looking fwd to trying it out, save your money. The chicken is so mildly grilled, the mushrooms were almost black, the canned mushrooms look better... and i think BK's burger shrank over time, its about the size of mac's fillet o fish. Totally disappointing...

how i spent my morning...

Sent my wife to work and headed straight to the gym at Chevrons... After 2 days of sailing + supper club... feeling extremely sinful... So off to workout, with oldman Peh.

For those living in the west and too lazy to wash your car by yourself, there's this SPC along Pasir Panjang Rd (Juz beside a shell petrol koisk). The guys there do a very gd job for a manual carwash. But, you gotta go after 9pm coz thats when they change shift and its the night shift thats gd.

Sunrises

Been out at sea these few days... with the sudden urge, took several pics of the sunrise.... sumthing gd out at sea is, one will get to see alot of beautiful sights; sunrises, sunsets, water sprouts, rainbows, dolphins etc....

Haven got the chance to snap much photos off my N95 lately.... ever since YX lost her N73, she helped herself to my N95 till yesterday, she finally got herself a new phone, so i got my camera phone back...

F1 Grand Prix Results...

End of F1 Grand Prix Marina Bay Street Circuit.

Results as follows:

1st: F Alonso (Renault)
2nd: N Rosberg (Williams)
3rd: L Hamilton (Mclaren)

During the start, at pole position was F Massa followed by L Hamilton at 2nd, with K Raikkonen at 3rd. Alonso was starting at the 15th position...

It all started well with Massa leading and slowly pulling away each lap from Hamilton. Alonso did well too by slowly overtaking and climbing his way up. It all went ok till N Piquet (Renault) crashed... This incident changed everything with most of the drivers going into pitstops and the rest following the safety car till the track was cleared. When the race resumes, J Truli was leading the race with Hamilton at position 8.

Ferrari's first mistake was to display green lights at the pitstop to give Massa the 'GO' when the fuel hose was still undetached. It isn't known whether it was a technical glitch or human error that caused it. This caused Massa almost 1 min delay which resulted him landing in the 18th position right at the end.

Massa's morale fell rock bottom after the mishap, he was driving quite badly, cutting corners, very very distracted. and during the turn at the floating platform, he overshot, and rejoined the race carelessly resulted in the 2nd crash - A Sutil (First India). Once again the safety car was deployed, closing up the gap between all the positions, with Rosberg initially 2nd place (+25s) behind Alonso in 1st place now closing tailing Alonso and Hamilton closely at his heels.

K Raikkonen crashed unexpectedly during the last few laps, leaving Ferrari totally out of the race. They sure did Hamilton a great favor in that by securing his Grand Prix points. With Ferrari out of the race, Mclaren is now siting on top of the constructors championship.

The last 5 laps of the race were very consistent with Alonso leading, Rosberg at 2nd and Hamilton in 3rd ending the race in the respective order. Massa and Raikkonen was 13th and 15th respectively.

The others that i vague remember that was out of the race were:
M Webber (Red Bull)
J Truli ( Toyota) with gearbox problem.

Well it indeed was an eventful race with the most unexpected conclusion but i really did enjoyed watching it....
